This question is in the exemption form. And in My RBG. And on the telephone menu. Almost everyone gives permission when applying for exemption.
The water control board aims to keep the waste water treatment levy affordable for everyone. If we grant people exemption, this is paid for by charging other people a higher tax. This is why we divide the cost over all users. If everyone pays their share, This way the costs are distributed fairly.
