The RBG sends email to customers in The Hague

Between 12 and 19 January, the Regional Tax Group (RBG) sends an email to clients in The Hague. This concerns customers whose email address is in the system. Did you not receive anything? That means your email address is not in our system. You can share your email address with us through your personal portal, Mijn RBG.

Subject: The water board tax bill is on its way

With this email, we are alerting our customers that the water board tax bill will be on your doormat soon. Did you receive the email, but you would prefer to read it in Dutch, Turkish or Polish? Use the settings on the page RBG is happy to help.

Do you have trouble paying your bills?

Have you received the email, but you are having trouble paying your bill? Then let’s look at your situation together. You can call our team every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on 088 291 10 00. Before you call, you can first try to organise it online at My RBG.

Important! We never ask for your private data by email.

Criminals regularly send fake phishing emails about municipal and water board taxes. For example, a reminder or notice. They use this fake message to ask you to transfer money. Usually through a link in the email or to a foreign bank account. Have you received an email asking for your (bank) information? Then be alert.  We never ask for your private data by email. More information on what you can do is set out on our page Phishing/fake emails
