Would you like to receive post from the RBG in digital form from now on? This is possible with the Berichtenbox (Message Inbox) in the MijnOverheid (My Government) portal. The Berichtenbox is your personal mailbox for receiving digital post from the government.
How do you register?
- Log in with your DigiD at www.mijn.overheid.nl
- Select the Regional Tax Group as an organisation from which you wish to receive messages

Do you have a smartphone or tablet? Then you can also download the Mijnoverheid (MyGovernment) app. This app will take you to the MijnOverheid message box. Here you will find your digital mail from RBG. You can only view or change your personal details by logging on to mijn.overheid.nl.

How do I know that there is mail in my Berichtenbox?
If you submit your e-mail address to MijnOverheid, you will receive an e-mail when mail from the RBG is ready in the Berichtenbox. More information can be found at my.overheid.nl. RBG will not send you a message about this.
Which digital mail from the RBG will I receive?
In addition to the assessment, the RBG is increasingly sending letters in digital format. The RBG always sends collection documents by post.
