Why is the WOZ tax base of my neighbour’s property lower?

There are many differences between homes. It could be due to any of the following:

  • The size of the property
  • The total plot size
  • The state of maintenance
  • Differences in components or outbuildings (such as a dormer window, additional gazebo or canopy)
  • the type of amenities (such as bathroom and kitchen)

Make a call appointment with one of our appraisers if everything is exactly the same. The appraiser then immediately checks if a mistake was made. And often the WOZ tax base can be adjusted accordingly right away.
