What is a final notice writ?

This is the last notice that a payment is due. If you do not pay by the due date, the bailiff may decide on foreclosure or attachment. This may concern attachment of wages, benefits or your bank account, or foreclosure of your home or home contents. The RBG will charge you for all costs incurred in this process.
