My property is outside the dykes system. Can I send a notice of objection?

This depends on the location of the building.
Schieland and Krimpenerwaard Water Control Board
Owners outside the dyke system benefit from some of the water board’s general tasks. This is why they still pay for some of the water system levy. They receive a 75% discount on the water system levy. If you have not received this discount, you can submit an objection via My RBG.

Delfland Water Control Board
This is not possible. Everyone benefits from some of the water board’s general* tasks. This is why everyone shares in the cost.

*Prevention of water overflow and flooding. Responsible for clean water in ditches, ponds and lakes (including natural pools). And nature development.
