Two municipalities have adjusted their exemption rules with effect from 2024.
In Delft, self-employed professionals without a BBZ benefit are now also eligible for exemption
Until 2024, receiving a BBZ benefit was required to get exemption. The exemption page lists the other conditions for exemption.
In Schiedam, people get exemption for 100% of the waste charge
Until 2024, people were granted exemption for 90% of the waste charge.
