The Regionale Belasting Groep (RBG) was awarded the Geldzorgenbewuste organisatie (Money Worry Aware Organisation) quality mark on 30 September. This quality mark shows that we deal well with people with money worries. This applies to both residents in our area and our employees.
The RBG was assessed on two elements for the GBO quality mark:
- Considerate Collection: we take account of what people can pay. We look for a solution together if someone cannot pay his/her municipal or water authority tax.
- Considerate Employment Practice: we talk openly about money worries at work. Employees can get help if they need it.
The RBG scores well on both elements. We are pleased about that.
With this quality mark we show that we:
- Consider residents who are struggling to pay.
- Support employees who have money worries.
- Try to prevent debt by providing timely help.
