In February and March, staff members of the Regional Tax Group (RBG) will be present at several branches of Bibliotheek de Plataan. If you have questions about your local taxes or are temporarily unable to pay, visit during one of the consultation hours.
Help with your annual tax bill
Every year, all residents receive one bill for municipal and water board taxes. This bill is essentially a regular invoice. You may have questions about how much you need to pay, why you need to pay it, or about your personal situation. RBG is happy to help.
Consultation hours in February and March
Our staff will be present at the following times:
- Friday 13 February, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm – Bibliotheek Maasland
- Monday 16 February, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Bibliotheek Den Hoorn
- Tuesday 24 February, 10:00 am – 11:30 am – Dorpshoeve Schipluiden
- Wednesday 25 February, 11:00 am – 12:30 pm – Bibliotheek Maassluis
- Thursday 5 March, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Bibliotheek Vlaardingen

Special Management Team: finding a solution together
During the consultation hours, you will speak with staff from the Special Management Team, which supports residents who have difficulty paying. The team’s motto is: ‘We have a solution for everyone.’ Together we look at what is possible.
