Yes, that has been taken into account. Our appraisers base WOZ values on the prices of sold homes, among other factors. They check whether they can apply these prices and adjust WOZ values where necessary. In this case, they adjust the WOZ value downwards. They do this because the VCE share is not part of the property. This method applies to apartments and ground and upper-floor townhouses.
