Only if you received a WOZ decision from the RBG. In your notice of objection, explain why you think the WOZ value is too high. You can calculate the maximum rent of your home on the ‘Huurcommissie’ website (the Lease Committee). It shows how a decrease in the WOZ value affects the maximum rent.
