Unable to pay our bill because of money problems? Call us or visit us

If you are unable to pay our bill because of money problems, you can now also visit our Special Management team. Please make an appointment first. Make sure to bring someone who speaks Dutch or English. You can also call the Special Management Team on 088 290 10 45. Please make sure someone who speaks Dutch or English is there to help.

The Special Management Team will work with you to find a solution

  • We will listen to your story.
  • We will look for a solution that suits your situation.
  • ou may be eligible for an exemption, which means you may only need to pay part of your bill. 
  • You can always pay in instalments.
  • We will look into how much you can pay and agree on a special payment plan. 
  • We will keep debt collectors away from your door from the time being. 
  • We will explore if you need more help from others and put you in contact with other assisting organisations.
