The Valuation Chamber has authorised RBG to publish WOZ values – official, government-assessed property values. We do this in a WOZ notice included with the tax bill, sent from February onwards.
Checks by the Valuation Chamber
The Valuation Chamber checks whether municipalities and tax offices comply with the rules of the Dutch Valuation of Immovable Property Act and whether they have correctly assessed the quality of the valuations. After the check, the Valuation Chamber grants permission to send out the new WOZ valuations.
