The tax pages list an extensive explanation for each tax. Some taxes are billed to the owner and the user. For example the OZB property tax. Are you the owner and is this also where your business is located? Then you will receive two tax bills, one as the owner and one as the user.

This states the basis to determine the amount of the tax bill. The description multiplied by the rate is the amount of the tax bill.
Municipal taxes
OZB owner: You pay a fixed percentage of the WOZ value
OZB user: You pay a fixed percentage of the WOZ value
Sewage levy for owner: You pay a fixed amount per building.
Sewage levy for user: The amount depends on the quantity of water.Different rules apply in Delft and Vlaardingen.
Waste collection charges: The amount due depends on the quantity of waste you offer for processing.
Water board taxes
Water system levy for owners: You pay a fixed percentage of the WOZ value
Waste water treatment levy for comercial premises: The amount due depends on the quality and quantity of water.

You can pay in various ways.
This is done via the payment button on the digital tax bill. Or the QR code on the tax bill that you have received by letter. You can also pay via My RBG. There are more payment methods on the back of the tax bill. And the explanation of the QR code.

Do you want to pay in instalments via direct debit? You can arrange this on My RBG or by telephone (088 291 10 00). You will find more information on the payment in instalments page.
