I have a company residence adjacent to my business. Should I pay property tax (OZB) for a residential property or a non-residential property (business)?

If more than 30% of the building is utilized as commercial space, you will receive a property tax assessment for the entire property as a business. This includes the residential portion as well. This is in accordance with the law. Additionally, you will receive a property tax assessment for the business portion only, excluding the residential part.

On the other hand, if at least 70% of the building is used as a residence, you will receive a property tax assessment for the entire property as a residential property
