Customers of RBG who pay via direct debit collection can now set the instalment date and number of instalments themselves. They can set this via Mijn RBG.

The Rules

  • Visit Mijn RBG click ‘Change instalment date/instalments’
  • Submit your preferences
  • On the screen, you can see when the instalments will be collected.
  • Paying annually in one instalment is also possible via direct debit collection, this sum will be collected the month after receiving the tax assessment.
