De hele OZB voor het pand komt voor rekening van de eigenaar\/verhuurder.&nbsp;Hierdoor is het tarief voor de eigenaren\/verhuurders flink hoger. Eigenaar en huurder kunnen afspreken dat de eigenaar een deel van de OZB doorberekent aan de huurder. De RBG gaat daar niet over. De RBG kan dus ook niet bepalen welk deel de eigenaar mag doorberekenen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-paragraph \">\n<p>Door deze wijziging krijgt de gemeente ook bij leegstand&nbsp;het hele bedrag van de OZB. Ook hoopt de gemeente dat eigenaren hierdoor nog meer proberen&nbsp;om bij leegstand&nbsp;snel een nieuwe huurder te vinden. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<section class=\"section\"
