The Regional Tax Group (RBG) has commissioned an employee satisfaction survey (MTO) conducted by the research agency Effectory. This month, the results were published \u2013 and they are exceptionally positive! No less than 95% of employees took part in the survey. This participation rate is far above the benchmark for Public Administration and Safety, and it clearly reflects the strong engagement of our employees.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

They feel at home and accepted. Thanks to the pleasant working environment, employees feel more connected to their colleagues and to the organisation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Awarded the World-class Workplace label<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n

RBG scores significantly higher than comparable organisations on the themes of \u2018employees as ambassadors\u2019 and \u2018good employer practices\u2019. For this reason, RBG has been awarded the World-class Workplace label.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
