Since 23 September 2020, government organisations are legally required to make their websites accessible to all target groups, including individuals who are blind, visually impaired, deaf or unable to use a mouse.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

RBG meets accessibility requirements with status B<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n
\n

Government bodies are required to issue an accessibility statement regarding their website\u2019s status. The government recognises five accessibility statuses. Currently, statuses A, B and C meet the accessibility obligations.
The RBG has had its website tested by an independent third party. Based on this test, an accessibility statement was prepared, including an improvement plan. As a result, the RBG has achieved status B, meeting the applicable accessibility requirements. The RBG\u2019s accessibility statement is included in the national register of accessibility statements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
