The agreement outlines the following objectives:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-list \">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preventing the accumulation of debts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoiding unnecessary collection costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjusting legislation and regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-heading \">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-does-the-rbg-do-about-problematic-debt\">What does the RBG do about problematic debt?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-paragraph \">\n<p>The RBG aims to assist individuals with debt issues at an early stage and to avoid burdening them with unnecessary enforcement costs. To achieve this, the RBG has initiated an intensive collection process prioritising assistance and the prevention of additional costs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-heading \">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reporting-to-the-municipality-is-essential\">Reporting to the municipality is essential<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-paragraph \">\n<p>Due to current legislation, the RBG is not permitted to proactively contact debt assistance providers or municipalities. Therefore, it is crucial that citizens or businesses with debts report directly to their municipality to receive appropriate support.
