The WOZ value is a key factor in determining your tax assessment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-paragraph \">\n<p>If the WOZ-value is correct, you do not need to lodge an objection to the assessment afterwards.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-heading \">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-kind-of-details-does-this-concern\">What kind of details does this concern?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-paragraph \">\n<p>The relevant details include:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-list \">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Size of the house<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With\/without dormer, extension, storage, solar panels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How old are the bathroom and kitchen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What is the state of maintenance?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-heading \">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-until-when-can-you-edit-your-details\">Until when can you edit your details?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-paragraph \">\n<p>Did you receive the pre-notification letter? Then please check your details within two months. This applies to home owners in Delft, Schiedam and Vlaardingen. Later, other home owners in these communities will receive a pre-notification letter.
