We also use personal data to implement the Valuation of Immovable Property Act (Wet waardering onroerende zaken (WOZ)). These are statutory duties of the RBG. We use some data to be able to better assist you. Or to inform you about our services.  This includes, for example, your telephone number and e-mail address.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-heading \">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-right-to-privacy\">Right to privacy<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-paragraph \">\n<p>Everyone has a right to privacy. This is why the RBG handles your data in a careful and confidential manner. The RBG does not give your (personal) data to other organisations or individuals without your permission, unless the RBG is under a statutory obligation to do so. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) clearly stipulates how organisations must handle personal data. The RBG does not use your personal data for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-heading \">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-your-privacy-at-the-counter-and-on-the-telephone\">Your privacy at the counter and on the telephone<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-paragraph \">\n<p>If you have any questions, you can call us, or you can stop by our counter (by appointment). We first ask for your citizen service number (BSN) and date of birth. We do this to better protect your personal data. Only then do we share confidential information. By doing so, we want to prevent the information from reaching people who are not entitled to it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-paragraph \">\n<p>Some personal information we never give out over the telephone. This includes your citizen service number (BSN), date of birth, and address details.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-paragraph \">\n<p>If you call us at the general number 088 291 10 00, your conversation may be recorded for training and quality purposes. Only authorised employees have access to personal data. These cookies do not track personal data, but do ensure a better technical functioning of the website. They also make the website more user-friendly, for example by remembering your preferences.
