You have the right to submit a complaint. <\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-paragraph \">\n<p>All rules are set out in the <a href=\"http:\/\/decentrale.regelgeving.overheid.nl\/cvdr\/XHTMLoutput\/Historie\/Regionale%20Belasting%20Groep\/642924\/CVDR642924_1.html\">Verordening klachten RBG<\/a>. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-heading \">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-when-not-to-submit-a-complaint\">When not to submit a complaint <\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-paragraph \">\n<p>Complaints cannot be accepted if: <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-list \">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>if you have submitted a complaint about the same issue already.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the relevant event is more than one year ago.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the complaint is part of RBG\u2019s policies. For example the name of the person listed on the tax bill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the complaint concerns something that applies to all tax payers. For example the rates. This is set out in a tax regulation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you do not agree with an RBG decision. And you can file an objection or an appeal. This is the case if:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we reject your application for an exemption.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we reject your application for an objection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you do not agree with the fees of a demand for payment letter or writ of execution.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-heading \">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-do-we-handle-your-complaint\">How do we handle your complaint? <\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content__style entry-content__style--core-paragraph \">\n<p>The RBG aims to solve the complaint together with you as much as possible.
